FXB Organizational Structure (Worldwide)

The François-Xavier Bagnoud Association is a non-profit non-governmental organization founded in 1989 and registered in Switzerland, France, and the USA.

The François-Xavier Bagnoud Association – FXB International is a recognized public-interest organization in Switzerland and is tax-exempt in accordance with article 79f, page 1, FL 1976, and is a non-profit organization as described in articles 60 and following of the Swiss Civil Code. Most commonly referred to as FXB International, it facilitates the coordination of programs in Africa, Asia and Europe. Included within the FXB International ambit of organizations are the independent, university-based FXB Center of Health and Human Rights at the Harvard University School of Public Health.

The François-Xavier Bagnoud Association is registered in France, 20 rue Vignon, 75009 Paris, under the modified law of 1901. It supports the fundraising for FXB programs in Africa, Asia and Europe.

FXB USA, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization registered in the United State of America, per the IRS code. FXB USA facilitates the coordination of FXBVillage programs in Colombia, South America.

FXB has 9 country offices: China, Myanmar, India, South Africa, Burundi, Uganda, Rwanda, Colombia, and Mongolia.

The following four country offices are locally registered independent Community Based Organizations: India, Uganda, Rwanda, and Colombia.
